Description

Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Ouray, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

Sealed bids are requested from qualified construction contractors for the Corbett Creek Crossing Improvements Project, located north of the City of Ouray on County Road 17 near Whispering Pines Drive and Highway 550. The scope includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete the construction of a 20'x10' box culvert bridge, including associated site work and erosion control measures. Contractors must demonstrate experience in bridge construction, comply with CDOT and FHWA standards, and meet project timelines and specifications. Bids will only be accepted electronically through OpenGov.com. No paper or emailed bids will be accepted. Nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional proposals will be disregarded. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to accept the proposal that serves its best interest, based on overall service, quality, and best value, not solely on price.
