Sealed bids are requested for the Benicia High School Fields Upgrades project. Bids must be completed using the Proposal Form, follow all requirements, and be responsive to the invitation, plans, specifications, and Contract Documents. Bids must include the name and business location of each subcontractor performing work or providing services in excess of one-half of one percent of the total bid price, with a description of the work to be performed. The successful bidder must pay at least the prevailing wage rates and comply with all Labor Code requirements for apprenticeships and training.
