Questions regarding the bidding documents can be directed to Chris Ledden Nexus Solutions LLC Phone: 715.650.7547 Email: Cledden@Nexussoutions.com Mechanical, lighting, fire protection and ceilings renovations throughout the entire building, with new additions to include secured entries, office areas, and mechanical spaces, and limited interior remodel. Site civil improvements to include new underground utilities, drainage systems, reworked parking lot base, new paving, curbs and sidewalks. Bids shall be submitted on the bid form provided by the Bid Documents. The completed bid form shall be submitted without alterations, additions or erasures to Nexus Solutions, LLC., Project Manager Chris Ledden via the Nexus Solutions project management software Procore.com. Each bidder will receive a bid invitation email which provides instructions for logging on to Procore.com and the process for submitting secure bids. Lump sum bids for the defined work scopes are solicited from contractors specializing in, or highly experienced in this work. Contractors, review the bid documents prior to bidding, concessions to the contract will not be given after bidding Bid Bonds are not required. Upon acceptance of bid, awarded contractor will file the required performance and payment bonds within the allotted time period after notice of award of contract per construction documents. Performance and Payment bond costs must be included in the lump sum bid total. The Board of Education and Nexus Solutions reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts of bids and waive any formalities or irregularities in the bidding. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after bid opening.
