The project consists of the replacement of the cast-iron sanitary sewer at Jefferson Middle School Auditorium for the Port Arthur Independent School District. Proposals must be submitted on the designated proposal form. Entities submitting proposals must provide three copies, and the proposal envelope should be clearly marked. Proposals not made as per the request instructions may be deemed non-responsive and may not be considered. The Scope of Work for the Replacement of Cast-Iron Sanitary Sewer (and as more specifically set out in the Project Manual): replacement of existing damaged cast iron sanitary sewer for the men and women's restrooms at the stage/auditorium within Thomas Jefferson Middle School located at 2200 Jefferson Drive, Port Arthur, Texas 77642. The estimated construction budget is: $82,000.00. The CSP#1-2026 Replacement of Cast-Iron Sanitary Sewer Project is a part of the 2014 PAISD Bond program; building permit fees are waived. The Bond was approved before changes to the City of Port Arthur ordinance in Chapter 18, section 18-33 (fees) was approved by the city council.
