The construction of new stormwater drainage facilities and sanitary sewers and laterals will be included. Water mains and water services will also be replaced. Portions the storm sewer system in Bayside Court and Seaside Court will be replaced or rehabilitated. Existing concrete curb, gutters, driveway aprons, and sidewalk will be removed and replaced where indicated on the plans and specifications. Sealed bids are invited for the 2025 Road Program in the City of Margate City, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available from Remington & Vernick Engineers. Bids must be prepared in accordance with provided specifications and submitted in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name, address, and reference to the work. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for at least ten percent (10%) but not exceeding $20,000 of the total bid, plus a certificate from a surety company for the completion bond. Bidders must comply with requirements under N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. (Affirmative Action), N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25 et seq. (New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act), Americans with Disabilities Act, submit a Disclosure Statement listing stockholders, proof of Public Works Contractor Registration, and proof of business registration for themselves and any named subcontractors.
