The City reserves the right to consider bids for sixty days, to reject any or all bids wholly or partially, and to waive informalities. The contract is contingent upon the provision of necessary funds and required permits. Bidders must comply with all applicable affirmative action requirements, prevailing wage laws, disability acts, disclosure of stockholders, public works contractor registration, and business registration laws for both bidders and subcontractors.
