Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 landscape and maintenance of Marvin Gardens and Ventnor Avenue Parkway in the City of Margate City, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Bid forms, contracts, and specifications are available at the Office of the City Clerk. Bids must be submitted in the manner designated in the specifications, enclosed in sealed envelopes bearing the name and address of the bidder, and reference to the particular work bid upon. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond executed by the bidder and a surety company in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) but not more than $20,000. Also required is a certificate from a surety company stating it will provide a completion bond. The contract award is contingent upon necessary funds being provided by the City. Bidders must comply with requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., N.J.A.C. 17:27 (Affirmative Action), the Americans With Disabilities Act, P.L. 1977, c. 33 (stockholder disclosure), N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 et seq. (Public Works Contractor Registration Act), and N.J.S.A. 52:32-44 (business registration), and submit the required documentation with their bid.
