Sealed bids will be received for the 2026 cleaning and televising of sewer systems in the City of Margate City, Atlantic County, New Jersey. Bids must be on the designated bid form, enclosed in sealed envelopes with the bidder's name and address, and reference to the work bid upon clearly indicated. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond in an amount not less than 10% and not more than $20,000 of the bid amount, as well as a certificate letter from a surety company stating it will provide the bidder with a completion bond. The award is subject to the necessary funds being provided in a lawful manner and obtaining all necessary state, federal, or local permits. Bidders must comply with affirmative action, the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, submit a disclosure statement listing stockholders, comply with the Public Works Contractor Registration Act and the Business Registration Act, and submit the appropriate proofs and documentation as required for themselves and any named subcontractors.
