New Castle County is seeking competitive sealed bids for MOWING PARKS. Deadline for Vendor Questions Noon, 12/03/25 All questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing. No verbal responses or unofficial communications that modify the terms and specifications of this solicitation will be considered binding.Questions should be submitted in writing and directed to Ramona Harris, Assistant Procurement Agent, at ramona.harris@newcastlede.gov by the date and time noted in the table above. New Castle County reserves the right to answer verbal questions that do not modify any part of this solicitation. Proposals must be received before the Submission Deadline noted in the table on Page 1. Submissions must include one (1) printed hard copy and one (1) USB drive containing an electronic version of the proposal within a sealed envelope. Clearly display 26C-168, MOWING PARKS in the lower left quadrant on the front of the sealed envelope The contract period will be from date of award to December 31, 2026, with the option to extend annually for a period of up to three (3) additional years, one (1) year at a time, by mutual agreement.
