This improvement includes building demolition and abatement of hazardous and asbestos containing materials for five buildings, demolition of existing site fencing, pavement removal, site clearing and grubbing, installation of a new permanent site fence, top soil, seeding, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 677-324/342, located in the City of Des Moines, Iowa in the vicinity of 2901 CB & Q Street. Bid Security. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction.
