Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project in Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project.
This improvement includes building demolition and abatement of hazardous and asbestos containing materials for five buildings, demolition of existing site fencing, pavement removal, site clearing and grubbing, installation of a new permanent site fence, top soil, seeding, cleanup, and miscellaneous associated work, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 677-324/342, located in the City of Des Moines, Iowa in the vicinity of 2901 CB & Q Street. Bid Security. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
