The work includes drilling, soil sampling, and groundwater sampling at five designated locations with potential contamination concerns. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and support necessary to complete borings, install test wells, collect samples, and prepare the required report. Work shall be completed in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: Conducting a Phase II Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) at six locations identified as having potential contamination concerns related to past or current site activities, as listed below: Former K&M Dry Cleaners, 2309 Euclid Avenue Former Flint Junction Railroad Yard, 1700 Euclid Avenue Iowa Heartland Resource Conservation and Development, 1800 Euclid Avenue Landfill of Des Moines C&D #4, north of 1825 Euclid Avenue Morningstar Field (Former), 2030 James R Kern Avenue Micheal R Porter property, 2360 NW 56th Plaza The Well Driller will provide all labor, equipment, materials, and support necessary to perform drilling, soil sampling, and groundwater sampling activities at five (5) designated locations. The Michael R. Porter property at 2360 NW 56th Plaza will not include any drilling or sampling as part of this work.
