Renovation of a mixed-use development in Syracuse, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.

Contractor shall prepare the site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and provide all labor and materials required for EHRM infrastructure upgrades in accordance with the drawings and specifications. Work includes upgrading facility fiber throughout the buildings to each IT closet, providing redundant fiber runs to each IT closet, and installing redundant fiber mains to the demarcation room from the provider point. Additional work includes providing Cat 6A cabling from IT closets to all points of use, installing additional IT and electrical outlets throughout the facility, and providing additional outlets within each IT closet. The project also includes upgrades to facility power distribution, including UPS systems as required, upgrades to HVAC distribution, enhancements to physical security, abatement of hazardous materials, and construction of a new Data Center server room. Work encompasses Buildings 1, 2, 16, the Rome Community-Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC), and associated site areas.
