Prevailing wages must be paid. Contract time is 88 calendar days, with liquidated damages set at $750.00 per calendar day. All prime contractor bidders and all major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting. Question Deadline 01/16/2026 Bidders may request interpretations or clarifications of the Bid Documents at any time prior to 72 hours before the Bid Time by making a written request to the Architect or Engineer, who may then issue a written addendum to all Bidders prior to the Bid Time The work of the contract involves but is not limited to the following. 1.
