Site work for a water / sewer project in Franklintown, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Project includes installation of Authority pre-purchased generators and transfer switches for Well No 1 and Well No 2 sites. Work generally includes offloading and installation of new generators to existing concrete pads, and installation of transfer switches including wiring and connections in building interior and to control system. This project is subject to Pennsylvania Prevailing Wages and Public Works Employment Verification Act and Commonwealth Financing Authority conditions of the Contract. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Authority through PennBid. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid, made payable to the Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) prescribed in the Bidding Documents. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informality in bids received.
