Work to be performed includes installation of two cleanouts for the buried sanitary sewer lake-line at 2 Enatai Drive, within a sewer easement to provide access for City O&M crews to jet the lakeline in both directions when blockages occur. The work also involves replacement of sewer mainline piping and connections to the lakeline, replacement of a sewer manhole and installation of a cleanout access vault, installation of a temporary cofferdam around the in-water work area followed by de-fishing of the zone prior to construction, design and installation of a sewer bypass system, temporary dock removal and restoration post sewer installation, and temporary removal and restoration of affected structures including bulkhead walls, timber fences, and grass lawns to restore the site to its original condition. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond of at least 5% of the bid amount. Plans and specifications are available online.
