Site work for a communication facility in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
The contract is for preventive maintenance of eighteen American Signal storm warning sirens for the St. Charles Fire Department. The initial contract term covers the calendar year 2026 with the option for the City to renew for two additional one-year terms. Preventive maintenance must be performed twice a year (spring and fall) and includes load testing of all batteries, checking the function of solar panels, solar regulators, speaker drivers, amplifier output, two-way radio operations, and proper operation of status monitoring through the Compulert operating system. Any necessary repairs found during preventive maintenance visits shall be performed on a Time & Material basis. Bidders must indicate hourly labor rates and provide either a percentage discount from list price or a percentage add to cost for materials. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities or irregularities, and to judge compliance with specifications.
