Renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The project consists of: Interior Renovations at Harris Elementary and Early Childhood Center Project: HARRIS ELEMENTARY, located at 2800 Old Muegge Road, St. Charles, Missouri 63301 and EARLY CHILDHOOD CENTER, located at 1323 Boone's Lick Road, St. Charles, Missouri 63301 INTERIOR RENOVATIONS. The City of St. Charles School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the District. Bidder's questions - submit in writing (email) to architect. Architect not responsible for any oral instructions given. Architect: Laura Wunderlich (Email: Laura.Wunderlich@bldd.com). Project Summary i. Harris Elementary - The proposed work consists of new finishes in the Gymnasium, Kitchen and Cafeteria that include flooring, base and paint. There will be environmental graphics in the main Corridor and Gymnasium. Also included in the work scope are all new aluminum storefront windows, new replacement casework school-wide, new sprinkler system throughout the school, new ceiling /grid, new aluminum vestibule doors in storefront, new gutters and downspouts, metal roof maintenance items and flat roofing scope. ii. Early Childhood Center - The proposed work consists of (2) two new sets of interior pair of aluminum doors in storefront with card readers in addition to intercom/camera and card reader devices at existing front entry doors.
