Description

Remodeling of a stadium in Saint Charles, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a stadium.

The project scope includes removal of existing roofing materials, installation of new architectural, impact-resistant shingles, and replacement of flashing and vents as specified. Proposals should include site clean-up as well. The selected contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and disposal necessary to complete the project as outlined below: o Removal and proper disposal of existing roof shingles and underlayment. o Inspection of existing roof decking. o Replacement of damaged plywood sheathing as necessary. (see Section 4 for unit pricing). o Installation of new architectural, impact-resistant asphalt shingles. o Installation of new ice and water shield, underlayment, and appropriate drip edge. o Flashing of all plumbing vent pipes with lead vent pipe flashing. o Removal and replacement of all other roof vents with like vents. o Installation of new ridge caps, sealants, and accessories per manufacturer's specifications. o Work to be completed during normal business hours
