The City of West Des Moines, Iowa, is seeking qualified contractors to provide Park Custodial Services for restrooms, shelters, trails, athletic complexes, and other park facilities throughout the City’s park system. All proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s IonWave e-bidding system. Paper or emailed proposals will not be accepted. Specifications, scope, and submittal requirements are available online at the City’s IonWave portal. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive irregularities, and award in the best interest of the City. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting and site walk will be held. Contractors must attend in order to submit a proposal. The site walk will include representative restrooms, shelters, and high-use park facilities.
