Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Fort Valley, Georgia. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The Utility Commission of Fort Valley (UCFV) is requesting sealed bids from qualified, licensed, and insured contractors for the construction of two (2) tubular metal pole barn structures. This project will be awarded in accordance with applicable local and state procurement requirements. No bid bond is required for this project. Dimensions: 20 feet wide x 60 feet long16-foot openings Tubular metal framing Open front Metal wall panels installed on back and both side walls No utilities, doors, gutters required Designed and constructed to withstand wind speeds of 135 mph10-year minimum Warranty on all construction materials. Questions regarding this bid request shall be submitted in writing to the Utility Commission of Fort Valley prior to the bid deadline.
