As of February 27, 2026, the project was awarded to Earnest Contracting, LLC, with an awarded amount of $662,646.45. This work consists of providing all materials, labor and equipment required for the rehabilitation and asphaltic concrete overlay of approximately 50 miles of rural roads throughout Caddo Parish. Work includes, but is not limited to, milling of existing asphalt road surfaces, superpave asphaltic concrete, asphalt roadway patching, asphalt leveling, asphaltic concrete overlay, pavement markings/striping, shoulder surface aggregate with all associated work as described in the contract documents. All Bids must be accompanied by Bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base Bid and all alternates and must be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or Bid Bond written by a qualified, licensed company in conformance with the laws of the State of Louisiana. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish a Performance, Maintenance and Payment Bond on a form provided by the Parish and written in accordance with state law. The Parish of Caddo reserves the right to reject any and all Bids for just cause and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
