**As of March 02, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Sealed bids are invited for the Woodlawn Gym Restrooms, Project No. 2027-246, for the Caddo Parish School Board. The project requires a Louisiana licensed contractor with a major classification in building construction. Bidders must submit a bid security equal to five percent of the total bid, and the successful bidder must provide a performance bond for one hundred percent of the contract amount. Liquidated damages of $300 per day will apply for each day beyond the 60-day completion date. Bidders must make a good faith effort to utilize 25% small and economically disadvantaged businesses. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid conference is required for eligibility to submit a bid. Perspective bidders must remain for the duration of this conference or will be prohibited from bidding. The project has a stated budget of $300,000. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Question Deadline 02/10/2026 The contractor shall not be permitted to deviate from the specifications unless written questions or requests are submitted a minimum of seven (7) working days prior to bid opening.
