Renovation of an educational facility in Shreveport, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Sealed bids are invited for the Roof Replacement Project at Building "D" of Northwest Louisiana Technical Community College, Project Number: 01-107-24-05. Bid documents are available electronically from Sutton Beebe Babin Architects LLC. All bids must include bid security of five percent (5.0%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates. The successful bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond as outlined in the bid documents. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at the Shreveport Campus, and bids will only be accepted from contractors licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for Roofing and Sheet Metal, Siding. Bids cannot be withdrawn for 45 days after receipt. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause, and all provisions in the bidding documents must be adhered to. The project may be contingent upon the availability of funding. Participation in Small Entrepreneurship and Veteran-Owned programs is encouraged. SBB Project No.: 2505.00 Bidders wishing to visit the site shall contract Melanie Sotak, at 318-371-3035, to arrange for a day and time to visit the site.
