Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Collingwood, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and road / highway.

The work includes the widening of the Oak Street Canal bridge and replacement of bridge superstructure, installation of two Level 2 Type B pedestrian crossovers, full replacement of traffic signals at the High Street and Sixth Street intersection and the Hurontario Street and Sixth Street intersection (including temporary traffic signals for both locations), retrofit of traffic signals at the Hume Street and Hurontario Street intersection to include bicycle signals, installation of streetlighting, replacement of 1,461 metres of sanitary sewer and associated services and structures, replacement of 1,997 metres of storm sewer and associated structures, replacement of 1,704 metres of distribution watermain, services and hydrants, installation of 1,591 metres of transmission watermain, urban road reconstruction of 1,350 m on Sixth Street (High Street to Hurontario Street) and 220 m on Hurontario Street (Sixth Street to Hume Street), complete with concrete barrier curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk, asphalt cycle tracks and multi-use paths, tree planting, and restoration of all disturbed areas including driveways, topsoil, sod, and surface features. Bid security is required in an amount equal to 10% of the total bid price. Bidders must provide an Agreement to Bond for a Performance Bond (50% of the total Tender amount) and a Labour and Material Bond (50% of the total Tender amount). Submissions must be electronic.
