Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Artesia, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; water / sewer project; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and road / highway.
All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing, via email, to Scotth@smithengineering.pro. All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 pm on Thursday, January 8, 2026. Installation of HDPE water line, fittings, valves, service connections, tie-ins, and related components. Street rehabilitation including demolition and removals, hot-mix asphalt overlay, concrete paving, curb and gutter, fillets, sidewalk, valley gutters, traffic control, and other appurtenances related to street construction.
