Question Deadline 02/23/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Any explanation desired by a Proposer regarding the meaning or interpretation of this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be requested in writing by. All inquiries shall be directed to the Project Manager Robert Simmons by email: rsimmons@gainesvillega.gov. The Project will consist of the construction of three new dual-bed two-cell gravity filters equipped with media and Leopold Type XA Underdrain Systems. Other construction will include: new filter effluent, backwash, and rewash pipes installed in the filter building pipe gallery; new air scour piping to support new filters; civil improvements associated with new wash water main serving new filters discharging into existing circular gravity thickener; new asphalt roadway to filters and retacking existing asphalt roadways; improving exterior concrete stairs; relocating HVAC condensing unit and refrigerant lines; demolition of supply fans in the high service pump building and ancillary electrical and instrumentation improvements.
