Site work and paving for a civil project in Williston, North Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project involves the construction of Sloulin Drive North, 38th Street West, and 36th Street West, including full roadway construction, utility installation, and associated infrastructure improvements. It also includes the installation of underground utilities along 8th Avenue West. The project encompasses approximately 6,700 linear feet of new roadway, and includes construction of sanitary sewer systems, stormwater drainage facilities, and water and power infrastructure. Additional work includes asphalt paving, concrete flatwork, and site landscaping. Each bid is to be submitted on the basis of cash payment for the work and is to be enclosed in a sealed envelope addressed to the City auditor. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bidder's Bond in a sum equal to 5% of the full amount of the bid, executed by the BIDDER as principal and by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of North Dakota, conditioned that if the principal's bid be accepted and the contract be awarded to him, he, within 10 days after Notice of Award, will execute and effect a contract in accordance with the terms of his bid and provide a Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price with a corporate surety approved by the Owner. The Bid Bond and Contractor's License Renewal Certificate shall be submitted in a separate sealed envelope attached to the outside of the Bid Envelope. Bidders must be licensed for the highest amount of their bid. For each Bid, the outside of the envelope shall be marked with the date of the proposal, the name of the Bidder, and acknowledgment of any Addendums that were received. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informality in any bid and to hold bids for a period not to exceed 50 days from said date of opening of bids.
