Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Summerville, Oregon. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

The Elgin School District is seeking proposals from qualified contractors for the construction of the Agriculture Barn Facility. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the requirements set forth. The selected contractor will be chosen using a qualifications-based selection process, with preference given to the lowest proposal. Proposals will be reviewed, and top candidates may be invited for interviews. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, negotiate terms with selected proposers, and waive any irregularities. Proposers are responsible for understanding all terms and conditions stated. Questions must be submitted by email by the specified date for consideration.
