The Riverside County Superintendent of Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the RCOE Indio Conference Center Electrical Service Project. - Scope of work to include: Imperial Irrigation District Offsite Electrical Utility Pathways and Structures. Bid Type: CM/Multi-Prime The project must be completed within 113 calendar days. Prospective contractors must review the bid documents for detailed project information and submission requirements. Payment of prevailing wage rates is required. A mandatory pre-bid job walk will take place at the project site. Bids must be sealed, clearly labeled with the bid package number, and received by Erickson-Hall Construction Co. at the specified address by the stated deadline. Questions or requests for information must be submitted in writing via email and responses will be provided through addenda. Bids will be publicly opened via Microsoft Teams. Contractors must possess appropriate California contractor's licenses (A, C-10) as applicable to the bid package. There is no prequalification required for this project by the Owner.
