Renovation of an educational facility in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 167,000-square-foot educational facility.
A. The Project scope includes but is not limited to: the complete removal of existing roof system down to structural deck, repair/replace damaged roof deck as needed, and provide new EPDM roof system at the Bangor Area High School. B. The owner intends to award as multiple Stipulated Sum Contract for performance of all work required by the Contract Documents. The Bangor Area School District will receive sealed bids for the repairs to the Bangor Area High School at 123 Five Points Richmond Road. Work includes General Construction. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the base bid. Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond will be required from the lowest responsible bidders. Question Deadline 02/13/2026 at 5:00 PM ET Questions will be accepted through electronically. ALL BIDDERS MUST REGISTER before Wednesday, January 28, 2026 at 4pm.
