Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Bangor, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Sealed proposals will be received for the Barn Renovation Project located in the Lehigh Parkway in Allentown, PA. Proposals must include qualifications, relevant experience, project timeline and milestones, cost breakdown (with all labor requirements including Prevailing Wage), and compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Bid documents are to be obtained directly from the Construction Manager, Alvin H. Butz, Inc. Only registered bidders will receive addenda and additional information. The architect retains copyright to the documents, and they may not be used for any other purpose than bidding on this project. All questions or substitution requests must be emailed to the Construction Manager, not the owner or design firms, and are due by the specified date. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and to waive irregularities. The successful bidder must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor Material and Payment Bond equal to 100% of the contract sum, to remain in force for one year after final acceptance of the work. All bond costs must be included in the bid price.
