All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the bid made payable to Washington Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract price within 20 days of the award of the contract. liquidated damages will apply at the rate of $975.00 per day for each day beyond these dates that the work remains incomplete. The Washington Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and/or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interest of the Township.
