Bid opportunities are available for the replacement of windows in 45 buildings in a public housing development in Crossville, TN. The work includes labor and materials for the removal, disposal, and installation of vinyl replacement windows. Contractors must provide a valid business license and proof of insurance of at least $1,000,000 at bid opening. All workmanship and material must be warranted for 1 year. Section 3 Contractors are encouraged to bid. Sealed bids will be accepted until 9:00 am (CST) on February 4, 2026, and will be publicly opened and recorded immediately thereafter at the Crossville Housing Authority Center. Job Description: Tear out and dispose of existing windows, and replace with vinyl windows. Due to variations in the number of windows in each unit, bid price should be per window per window size, labor & materials, installed.
