Remodeling of a municipal facility in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
**As of March 24, 2026, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The West Virginia Division of Corrections (DCR) is soliciting bids to establish a contract for a lump sum amount to remove the existing flooring and install new flooring throughout various locations in the administrative areas at 1409 Greenbrier Street, Charleston, WV 25311 in Kanawha County. See attached specifications. Questions submitted at least five business days prior to a scheduled pre-bid will be discussed at the pre-bid meeting if possible. Any discussions or answers to questions at the pre-bid meeting are preliminary in nature and are non-binding. Official and binding answers to questions will be published in a written addendum to the Solicitation prior to bid opening.
