Sealed bids are requested for the construction of the Post Falls High School Irrigation Renovation. Project documents are available for download at no cost online. Hardcopy sets require a refundable deposit and a non-refundable handling fee. Prime Contractors may obtain one set of documents, and deposits will be returned if documents are received in clean, usable condition within ten days of bid opening. Additional or partial sets may be purchased. Bidders are encouraged to register as a plan holder. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled at the School District Office. No bidder may withdraw their bid after the bid opening hour unless an award is delayed for more than 60 days.
