CRCSD - New Elementary Community School on Hoover Bid Issuance #03 Bid Issuance #03 is the final issuance of Construction Documents for the CRCSD new K-5 elementary building located at the existing Van Buren elementary site and includes all General Construction, Sprinkler, Mechanical and Electrical work. Contracts will be a guaranteed maximum price between the contractors and Larson Construction Co., Inc. Documents will be provided to Prime Bidders only and only complete sets of documents will be issued. Submission of Statements of Qualification is required and must be prepared exclusively on the form provided by the Construction Manager. Submissions will be reviewed and qualified by the Construction Manager and Owner. Contractors will be notified whether they have successfully met the prequalification criteria and are allowed to submit a bid. Subcontractors who do not meet prequalification standards will be informed about the criteria not met. Bids are only accepted from prequalified subcontractors. Pre-qualification requirements: - Firms experience as a contractor - Capacity of key personnel - Technical competence - Capability to perform - Past performance of the firm and firms employees - Firm’s safety record and compliance with state and federal laws - Completion of the Contractor Statement of Qualifications form - Ability to secure required insurance and bonding - Compliance with State and Federal safety regulations - Required company and legal information, including years in business, contractor number, safety record, and listing of similar completed projects - Full completion and certification of the SOQ form as required by the Construction Manager.
