A new duplex-alternating water softener system is required to replace the existing unit serving the Powerhouse at FCI Sandstone. All equipment, labor, materials, and services must be provided to remove the current system and install, program, and commission the new system in full accordance with the Statement of Work. Work must comply with the Service Contract Labor Standards, and Wage Determination No. 2015-4959 applies to all covered service employees. The period of performance is ninety-one calendar days from the date of award. The contract will be firm-fixed-price and evaluated using the Lowest Price - Technically Acceptable method. Offerors must submit a specification sheet and all product submittal information, maintain active SAM registration with completed representations and certifications, and submit quotations electronically only.
