The Consultant who is selected for this project and all Subconsultants the Prime Consultant will be using are scheduled to attend an initial meeting on April 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the Region Three/District Five Office in Paris. Phase I/II engineering services are required to provide for the preparation of a project report and final contract plans, specifications, and cost estimates for the 3P Designed Overlay, ADA Improvements, and Bridge Deck Overlays of FAS 1517 (US 150) from Washington St in Mansfield to S Division St in Mahomet in Champaign and Piatt County. The Consultant's Phase I work, if required, may consist of preparing a Project Report. This work may include data collection, Intersection Design Study, cost estimates, traffic management analysis, traffic control plans, crash analysis, quantity computations, stakeholder meetings, ROW plats and plans, abbreviated bridge condition report, and other related work items required to produce a project report. The department will furnish the Consultant with traffic data, existing plans, environmental coordination, utility coordination, survey data, CADD files, inspection reports, and crash data when available.
