**As of March 11th, this project has been awarded to Schmidt Environment Construction for $290,000.** The work consists of labor for the Proposed Marion DWSRF Critical Needs Infrastructure Improvements Project - Phase I "Contract No. 7 Emergency Chemical Feed System Upgrades Project -DWSRF Project No. FS010248-03. The principal items of work include: Bulk Chemical Storage Tank (For Caustic), One Transfer Pump (Caustic), One 250 Gallon Day (For Caustic), Two Metering Pumps (Caustic), Bulk Chemical Storage Tank (For Coagulant), One Transfer Pump (Coagulant), One 250 Gallon Day (Coagulant), and Two Metering Pumps (Coagulant). Bids must be delivered by the stated deadline, and no bids will be received after that time. No bid may be withdrawn after the opening, and the owner reserves the right to hold bids for sixty days following receipt. The contract must be completed in 45 consecutive calendar days; liquidated damages will be assessed if the contract time is exceeded. Extensions may be granted if approved prior to the contract completion date.
