DBE/MBE Participation 2.5% WBE Participation 3% The work to be performed under this contract consists of furnishing all the materials and equipment needed to build and install a new Telemetry System to replace the existing system. The Controller will be interfaced with the Water Plant's SCADA system. The System shall monitor the all three (3) distribution Tank Levels and Alarm High Service and backwash pump when the Clearshell levels are too low and engage the Booster Pump (located at the Big Tank off Centreville Street) operation and control procedures when requested and all miscellaneous and incidental work necessary for the satisfactory prosecution and completion of the contract. The new system shall control all equipment as performed with the existing system. Minimum shut down time is required. All work performed shall be in accordance with the Invitation for Bids, Instructions to Bidders, Supplementary Conditions, General Conditions, Contract and Surety Forms, and Plans and Specifications. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
