Work of this Contract comprises general construction of the Opaskwayak Cree Nation (OCN) Solid Waste and Recycling Facility. Work includes clearing, grubbing, peat removal, site grading, roads and public drop off area pad construction including the provision and placement of 40,800 tonnes of rockfill material, CN railway road crossing, Cell 1 access ramp construction, Landfill Cell 1 and leachate collection system, leachate pond, site office trailer, equipment building (design-build) and all associated electrical works. Co-ordinate works adjacent to the CN right of way in accordance with the Contractor's CN Work/Access Permit terms and conditions, obtained by the Contractor. This section is not prescriptive, and the Contractor shall still be governed by the Work described in the various Contract Documents, Specifications, and the Drawings.
