Renovation of a detention facility in Potosi, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.

The Washington County Commission is accepting sealed bids for replacement of the roof on the Washington County Jail (this does not include the new administration building roof). The specifications for this work are as follows: 1. Tear off old shingles and replace 2. Install all new step flashing and counter flashing along walls including parapet walls 3. Replace all pipe boot flashing 4. Replace all drip edge 5. Install ice and snow shield in all valleys 6. Provide cost to replace any rotted decking as an alternate bid Interested bidders should contact Courthouse Maintenance Supervisor Duane Fitzwater at 573-315-1368 to arrange a time to view the job. The Washington County Commission reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids.
