Williamsport Sanitary Authority is requesting bids for the construction of the Rose Street Force Main Replacement project. The work includes the replacement of a sanitary sewer force main along Rose Street, installation of a pump station valve vault, installation of a pump station wet well liner, and replacement of pump breakaway fittings and rails. Bids are requested for Contract 2026-02: General Construction. Prospective bidders must register with the designated website to access all official notifications and bidding documents. Bidding documents may also be purchased through HRG. Bid security in the form of a Certified Check or Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10% must be furnished with the bid. All questions about the bidding documents must be submitted via PennBid, with telephone inquiries being unacceptable. Bidders must comply with all state antibid-rigging regulations and submit a non-collusion affidavit. The project requires compliance with the Public Works Employment Verification Act and submission of the corresponding form. The Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act applies. The owner reserves the right to waive any defects and to reject any or all proposals.
