Remodeling of a multi-residential development in Charleston, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the remodel of a multi-residential development.
The work consists of removal of old carpet and installation of new vinyl plank flooring at the Washington Manor locations. Contractors shall have a minimum of 3 years of experience in flooring installation. Each bidder is required to purchase one set of project documents to ensure possession and maintenance of the most current and complete set of drawings, Project Manual, and addenda. Site visitation is mandatory prior to bidding, which can be scheduled or attended immediately after the pre-bid conference. The Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding process.
