Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Middleton, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project includes the following work: Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, supplies and incidentals required to construct three (3) new pickleball courts in Middleton Place Park. This includes, but is not limited to mobilization, construction staking (as required); demolition and removals (if any); earthwork, grading and base preparation; court surfacing; striping and markings; fencing/gates; concrete flatwork and associated ADA features, drainage improvements; restoration/cleanup; testing and quality control and all temporary and permanent appurtenances necessary for a complete and operable installation. All work, materials and installation shall be in accordance with the project plans, specifications, Idaho Standards for Public Works Construction. The project is not subject to Davis Bacon or Buy American requirements. Bids must be accompanied by Bid Security in the form of a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check or cash in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid proposal. Said bid security shall be forfeited to the City of Middleton as liquidated damages should the successful bidder fail to enter into contract in accordance with their proposal as specified in the Instructions to Bidders. The City of Middleton reserves the right to accept the bids and award a contract to the lowest responsible bidder based on the bid schedule. City of Middleton may reject any bid not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may reject, for good cause, any or all bids upon the finding of the City it is in the public interest to do so.
