Reconstruction of Alice's Road to increase the roadway capacity demanded by the additional development occurring in the area. Design will start in 2024, with construction anticipated to occur in 2026. This is a joint project with the City of Waukee and includes reconstruction of Alice's Road from the south of Dellwood to South of Douglas. The project is included in the City's 2027-2031 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of February 11,2026, further details have not yet been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP). A CIP is a financial schedule for short- and long-range projects which is updated regularly.
