2026 Residential Type II Slurry, Project No. ST26SL The project includes a Type II Slurry for approximately 204,000 square yards or 26 lane miles. Entities intending to bid should register on the City's Portal in order to receive addenda. Bidders are responsible for making sure they have all addenda before submitting bids. Bids must be physically received by the deadline. No faxed or electronic (email) submissions will be accepted unless instructed on the City Portal. Hard copies will not be accepted unless the Bidder has made arrangements ahead of time. If a hard copy of the Bid is submitted without prior coordination with the Issuing Officer, the Bid will be returned (unopened) to the Bidder without consideration. Prequalification is a requirement. This project is subject to the provisions of ORS 279C.800 through 279C.870 regarding payment of prevailing wages. The City of Bend reserves the right to reject any or all bids not in compliance with public bidding procedures, to postpone award of the contract for a period not to exceed sixty days from the date of bid opening, to waive informalities in the bids, and to select the bid which appears to be in the interest of the City. Pre-qualification requirements: Bidders must be prequalified with City of Bend at the time the bids are opened. The prequalification process is administered by the Private Development Engineering Division through the CityView permit and licensing software and customer portal. New applications for the City of Bend prequalification must be received at least 10 business days before the bid deadline. Registration for the customer portal may be obtained online.
