The City of Florence, Colorado is requesting bids from a qualified person, firm, or corporation for ADA ramps and partial sidewalks in Florence. The project's general scope of work includes the re-construction of sidewalks and ADA ramps at various locations. The contractor will remove and dispose of sidewalk material. The project must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after Notice To Proceed. No bid bond is required, but 100% performance and payment bonds are required.
