The City of Hermiston, Oregon is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified proposers for the Ultraviolet Light Disinfection System - Equipment Package Procurement. The procurement includes Goods and Special Services for the manufacture, supply, and delivery of an ultraviolet (UV) light disinfection equipment package to be incorporated into the construction of a new UV light disinfection building. Additional services related to the final design of the UV light disinfection building, construction oversight, startup, operation, and maintenance training are also requested. Proposals will be reviewed and ranked in accordance with the Procurement Proposal Documents. Proposal security must be furnished as specified in the Instructions to Proposers. All requirements and procedures for proposal submittal, qualifications, and contract award are detailed in the Procurement Proposal Documents. Only documents obtained through the designated website are official, and prospective proposers should register as plan holders, regardless of where documents are obtained. No pre-proposal meeting will be held. Minority and women-owned businesses are encouraged to propose and should indicate minority status on the Planholders List.
