Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power for the complete performance of the following project: Improve the north sidewalk of Superior Street from Clinton St. to Barr St., and a small section at Lafayette St., by removing the existing concrete sidewalk and parking/driving lane to construct a new section of urban trail. The trail will include updated ADA ramps, brick pavers for the trail portion, new pedestrian lighting, pavement markings, and landscaping, all in accordance with the plans and specifications, and the bid and contract documents for the project. Bidders must not be in arrears to the City on any debt or contract, have failed to execute any previous contract with the City satisfactorily, or be a defaulter as to surety or otherwise on any obligation to the City. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, licenses, permits, power and related requirements for the complete performance of the contract work. The Commission reserves the right to reject any and all bids for failure to comply with applicable laws and/or with the instructions to bidders and may waive any defect in any bid.
